Nature in a bottle
We are committed to sustainable foraging and the continuous search for small suppliers of quality raw materials.
From the high-uncontaminated mountains to the steep sea cliffs, through lunar landscapes and rugged glades, the Lucanian nature manifests itself with unique scents and colours that only the alchemy of distillation can preserve.
We create authentic combinations of scents and flavours offered by the complex microclimate of the area, sourcing from the Italian largest protected nature reserve (a UNESCO World Heritage Site).
PROCESSING TECHNIQUE
Technological tradition
We follow the entire production process, from the collection of the officinal herbs to the packaging and distribution of our spirits.
The processing stages are all carried out by hand, respecting the harvesting, the maceration and the distillation times of each individual element.
Complexity and harmony are given to our spirits by the traditional copper pot still, equipped with innovative aroma extraction technologies, in a bain-marie and steam current, with a slow and delicate process.
